I'm Pascal Charbonneau, a NAPIT-registered sole-trader electrician. You deal with me from the first visit to the final certificate, and every job is tested before I leave.

How a job works
- You get in touch by phone, email or WhatsApp. A quick video call or a few photos is often enough to get started.
- We agree the work and the price before I start, in writing if you'd like.
- I do the work, then test it. You get the right certificate, and notifiable work is registered with building control through NAPIT.
- You get an itemised invoice with the certificates attached.
The software this business uses
Harmony Electrical runs its own private software on its own computer. It isn't a public service, and nobody else signs in to it.
- Harmony backups keeps encrypted backups of the business's records in Harmony Electrical's own Google Drive. It can only see the backup files it creates itself.
- Harmony Hermes helps prepare quotes, invoices and email drafts, and finds the matching certificates in Harmony Electrical's Google Drive. Pascal reviews and sends everything himself.
Both use only Harmony Electrical's own Google account. They never access a client's or visitor's Google account. See the privacy notice for how information is handled.
